Canonbury arts makes canvases of all shapes and sizes we can use 10oz or 12oz cotton duck canvas, unprimed or pre primed linen, as well as more unusual fabrics. The Cotton duck can be unprimed or primed with the best quality artists primers, either clear or white.

Rectangular canvas frames are either fixed or made using expandable stretcher bars. The depth away from the wall is normally about 3cm up to 1.5m x1.5m, for larger stretchers the depth increases.

Circular or elliptical canvas frames are made by laser cutting plywood and then beading is attached to the edge to create a lip so the canvas doesn’t touch the support.

Canonbury arts also makes plywood panels. These are normally backed with tulip sub frames, these can be flush to the edge or set back as a sub frame to create a floating effect when hung on the wall.
